We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. However, shipping is unavailable to a few restricted regions, including Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries under OFAC sanctions.

We process all orders within 2-4 business days (Monday to Saturday). A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

This results in an estimated delivery window of 5-10 business days from the time you place your order.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@taylorswiftjacket.com. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
